Why do weekends go by so quickly? Yesterday was taken up with Jaden's dance competition. After we got back yesterday we stopped by Kyla's birthday to drop off her birthday gift, we were there for about 20 minutes and we went to pick up the boys from my sisters. From there we went and watched Shane play hockey at the Western sports place, we got home at about 9:40pm Shane was supposed to head out for the night with "the boys", but called at 11:30pm saying he was on his way home as he was shaking, and could not get warm. I felt bad for him as I know he was looking forward to his night out.
Today we all slept in late, and the rest of the day was spent doing catch up....laundry etc I think weekends should be three days......that would be so nice............
Jackson played outside with Jaden for about 20 minutes this afternoon and he has sunburnt cheeks to prove it......I guess I should just start putting sunblock on him everyday now.
