Busy day!

Jaden woke up with her eye pink again so I decided to keep her home, although she was upset about missing school...the girl loves school :)

About 10:15am I was out hanging a couple of things on the clothes line when Jaden came to tell me that Sherry was at the door, I went out front to find Sherry and Michelle pulling weeds out of my front(and only) flower bed and putting in plants. Sherry likes to garden and knows way too much about plants, I know nothing!..lol Anyway she transplanted a bunch of "stuff" from her garden to mine, I am sure my neighbour will be in shock that someting has actually been done in that flower bed. So I am excited to see how it looks......thanks to Sherry and Michelle:)

I took Jaden to a doctors appointment at 11:45am, actually I took all three of them which is not my favourite thing to do....but....I was SO proud of them all!! After I signed us in they each grabbed a seat and sat, and I mean sat, no sillyness(sp?)I looked like such a great mom...lol Dr Luke took a look at her eye and said yes it is pink eye, but just wanted me to do warm compresses on it unless it gets really green and gunky!!I don't think so!! I came home and found some drops she used a while back, emptied some out and cleaned the tip of the drops and administered them! I am not waiting for the gunk to come, how many of us will become infected in the meantime....no thank you! SO hopefully we will get rid of the pink eye quickly :)

When we got back from the doctors Nicholas came over, we had something to eat and then took Ry to school. Then Jaden, Nicholas, Jackson and myself went shopping at the mall. We bought a few things and while we were there we bumped into Amanda and went with her while she modeled her size 0 jean capris ;)......tiny little thing, it is a good thing I like her or I might just have to hate her...lol
We stopped at the grocery store on the way home and Nicholas cried the whole time about having to sit in the cart..then in the school yard Nicholas and Jackson ran right into one another and bumped heads HARD, both were in tears and will have nice bruises. To top it off I closed the car window on Nicholas's finger, thankfully there was no damage...poor little guy.
After we picked up Ry it was time to come home and get ready for work.....so a busy day here, Shane said the kids were tired and went to sleep easily tonight....love this fresh air :)
