Football..

This year both Ry and Jax are playing football. They are moving teams and playing for Banting Bulldogs and Shane will be their head coach. Last night they went and picked up their football equipment as they start football camp at Western next week. As soon as they got home yesterday they put their gear on to show me. I heard Rylan talking to Jackson in their bedroom "ok Jaxy, let's practice for football everyday, ok?". So today on the first day of summer holidays they got up and made themselves some toast and then went to get their equipment on. I tried to help, I guess I need to pay more attention to this now. They did not stay outside very long as Rylan's chin strap was bugging him and I had no idea how to make it feel better.

I tried to help Jackson take his helmet off.....those suckers are tight!! I ended up making him cry as I almost took his ears off and then hit him in the mouth with the cage which in turn knocked one of his teeth loose, yep I need to get some lessons on how to put on and take off football gear.
