Catch Up...............

Yes I know (Aisling) I have not been updating, but life has been busy:) I will try and update in a few posts,I do have lots of pictures but our computer seems to have died :( and I am posting this from the (very old) laptop, so pictures will be uploaded another day!

Ok, so I just checked back on my posts and I realize that I never mentioned that Jaden was interested in applying to attend Lester B Pearson School of the Arts. They had an open house night quite some time ago so we decided to check it out. The school is incredible, so much to offer and Jaden loved the science room:) After the open house the next step was to send in our application. After March break Jaden spent two days at Pearson where she was observed by people that were brought in .....she was to wear the same clothes both days and she had a number and her first name on the sticker on her shirt. She LOVED it, she had to do things like make up plays, dance, draw, sing..... The problem with this school is that SO many kids want to go there, you apply in Grade 3 and attend the school from grade 4-8. They had 5 or 6 days of "try-outs", from what I understand between 300-400 children tried out, they only take 56! ....and we are excited that Jaden was one of the 56 that were offered a spot at that school in September :) She was so happy when that letter came she just kept screaming and then cried (happy tears ;)
